This License Agreement outlines the terms under which you may use themes purchased from Hedwik. By purchasing, downloading, or using a Hedwik theme, you agree to the terms described below.
When you purchase a theme, Hedwik grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-site license. This license applies only to the website or domain you assign the theme to.
Each website requires its own individual license. Using the same theme on multiple sites or domains without additional licenses is not permitted.
You may use the theme on one website/domain per license. If you run multiple sites, each site requires a separate license.
You are free to customize, modify, and adapt the theme according to your project needs. However, all modifications and derivative works must remain tied to the same licensed website.
When your support & update window expires, you may continue using the theme without time limits. You simply will not receive further updates or support unless a new license or extended service is purchased.
You may not redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, or otherwise provide the theme (modified or unmodified) to any third party.
Licenses are not transferable. A purchased license cannot be reassigned or moved to a different client, person, or organization.
You may not use Hedwik theme code to create new themes, templates, UI kits, or similar products for resale, redistribution, or free distribution.
Agencies, freelancers, or studios must purchase separate licenses if the theme is installed on client websites.

After this period, the theme continues to work indefinitely, but updates/support require an additional license or extended service.
Themes are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Hedwik does not guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins or unsupported modifications.
In no event shall Hedwik be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from theme usage or inability to use the theme.
By downloading, installing, or using a Hedwik theme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this License Agreement.
Hedwik reserves the right to update or modify this License Agreement at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
