  • c. Themes: Denotes the Ghost CMS themes developed and offered for sale by Hedwik.

2. Theme Usage and Licensing

  • a. The user obtains a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license for the purchased theme.
  • b. The theme can only be used on a single website and domain. Unauthorized usage on another site or domain is strictly prohibited.
  • c. Hedwik retains all intellectual property rights over the themes.

3. Payment and Invoice Information

  • a. Users are required to make payments when purchasing themes. Hedwik may use professional services to ensure secure payment transactions.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • a. Users must adhere to the specified cancellation and refund policy for purchased themes.

    You have 15 days to request a return for your product. The return period begins from the date of purchase.

    Return Procedure

    2. - Your return request will be reviewed and you will be notified with further instructions.
    3. - Your payment will be refunded to your payment method.
